Rejected by those He came to save
It must have broken his heart

Imagine his disappointment when
his hometown said He was crazy
It must have broken his heart

Imagine his disappointment
Knowing that Peter would deny him three times
It must have broken his heart

Imagine the physical pain and suffering
When his time came to endure the cross

Imagine how God felt as He chose to stand bye
Now try to imagine the emotional pain and sorrow of the universe cry

We know that God intended this human evil for good
And Jesus fulfilled His mission as God knew He would

All of us are invited to enter God’s Kingdom
Many of us will knock, but not all of us will get in
